And so it begins...

Truth be told I'm a bit of a cyber-stay-at-home-girl. I don't subscribe to any blogs. I don't spend much time online except for a couple times a week to read Facebook. I spend so much of my day online and its just too much to do a lot of online reading/posting. So, when my band-mate set up satyrtots.com as a blog I was at a loss for how I might use it. I really hope that I can be a good contributor to this site and that subscribers will one day be inspired to check back here on a regular basis to hear from the members of Satrytots.

So - Satyrtots... we are working hard every week to develop new tunes to share with our friends and fans. Of course, the number of fans at this point is very small since we haven't shared our music with very many people yet. That will change with time. Its been really fantastic to develop music with the fabulous group of nymphs and satyrs that have joined up. I've never been so inspired by the creativity of these friends. I'm so proud to be a part of this group. The slow start is hard - we all want to perform. But I believe it is the right choice so that when we do share the fruits of our labor people will enjoy it as much as we've enjoyed creating it.

So, look for Satyrtots in the future to launch original music inspired by our group proclivity to be naughty, nasty, wrong, and generally lascivious. Of course, we all love a good emotionally heart rending tune as well. We are not tied to any particular genre and our musical inspirations are flung far and wide.
